What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates overqualified to learn basic sales, marketing, and communication skills – and underqualified to manage a market for a major client. Our training program bridges the gap, molding young professionals through leadership development, hands-on training, travel, unique experiences, teamwork, and fun.

Common traits of successful teammates at 317 Elite:
Willingness to learn, “coachability”: we set new teammates up with a high performer to provide direct training and individualized feedback. Training and development is ongoing, and part of our process at every level within the organization. Willingness to learn and implement feedback is nonnegotiable for success.
Effort: our best people show a determination and dedication to success. “I can teach and coach many things, but effort isn’t one of them.”
Self-management: there is no micromanagement at 317 Elite. Our high performers are self-starters, who have learned to lead themselves through day-to-day challenges and opportunities.
Positive mindset: some people see the challenge in every opportunity, and some people see the opportunity in every challenge. Our best people have a “difficult but possible” attitude, and find a way to win. “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.”
Solution-oriented: our top teammates are “get it done and then some” performers. “It’s not wanting to win that makes you a winner; it’s refusing to fail.” Peyton Manning
Competitive: “If you ain’t first, your last.” Ricky Bobby
Resilient: like any career, there are challenges as teammates grow and progress. “The hotter the heat, the harder the steel. No pressure, no diamonds. We compete, we win.” Robert Griffin III, Heisman Trophy Acceptance Speech
