We are looking for candidates overqualified to learn basic sales, marketing, and communication skills – and underqualified to manage a market for a major client. Our training program bridges the gap, molding young professionals through leadership development, hands-on training, travel, unique experiences, teamwork, and fun.

Yes, all teammates start off learning sales. We believe that sales is a foundational skill for success in business and is highly valued by our clients. Through sales, teammates refine their ability to communicate and connect, as well as learning self-management and high performance habits.
Absolutely! We provide all sales training. Many of our top performers had little or no professional experience before starting with the 317 Elite team.
Definitely. While our aim is to place teammates into leadership and location management positions, those roles are earned by those who excel at each phase of our career development program. All candidates we hire start at the entry level.
Our 317 Elite teammates meet with customers face-to-face in a retail setting. No cold calling over the phone. No door-to-door.
No – a team isn’t a team without connection and communication, and that happens in-person. Our team meets daily at our Indianapolis office in a high energy environment. Daily meeting provide ongoing sales training as well as personal and professional development.
